Landscaping Services

Consultation 

* 1 hour in-person meeting with the landowner to discuss their desired outcome and expectations of the area.

* Site specifics will be noted. Additional site visit may need to occur if a soil test is needed (this is an additional fee)

* Landowner will receive an electronic and/or printed version of recommendations, list of plants and approximate locations as to where they should be planted

 

Consultation & Design 

* 2 hour in-person meeting with the landowner to discuss their desired outcome and expectations of the area.

* Measurements and site specifics will be noted. Additional site visit may need to occur if a soil test is needed (this is an additional fee)

* Landowner will receive an electronic and/or printed version of recommendations, visual diagram of the design, a list of plants and approximate quantities of plants needed, hardscaping suggestions, with 2 complimentary minor revisions

* Large and/or complex areas may be subject to multiple designs

 

Installation 

* This rate includes a free consultation and design (credited back in the first invoice)

* Hardscape and landscape installation, securing and delivering supplies

* Drip system installation at the request of the landowner

*Additional rates for heavy equipment rental, or subcontractor (mason) services may apply

* Man-hour refers to the labor rate. This does not include the supplies. Supplies will be invoices separate from the labor rate.

* DigSafe compliant, Licensed & Insured

 

Maintenance 

* This rate applies per visit. Typically, a monthly schedule. Frequent visits occur in the summer months to ensure that plants are maintained, and weeds are removed.

* Weeding, deadheading, pruning, mowing, raking, etc.

 

Winterize & Spring Readiness 

* Spring cleanup (March-April), Fall cleanup & winterize (October – November)

* Final weed and annual plant removal, pruning of perennial plants before winter

* Install winter protection to perennial plants, if needed

* Fall/Spring planting, if applicable

 

Winter Roof Raking

* Only where the roof rake can reach. No winter ladder work.
